Seed Exchange
The Exchange is our seed bank. It is the site where we store, give, and receive seeds.
We are currently hosted by Chez Cascadia Guest House (www.chezcascadia.org), 323 Milroy Street NW, in the garage. Please do not contact the hostel about Seed Business, to respect the innkeepers’ busy schedules, but do give them your business next time family comes to town!
Open hours for 2011 are:
5-7pm every Saturday and Sunday from July 15th to August 30th.
How to use the exchange:
- All seeds are free, yet you are encouraged to take only what you need so there will be enough for everybody!
- Please bring envelopes or jars for your new seeds. We do not always have extra on hand.
- You don’t have to bring seeds to get seeds, but because seed donations are where we receive the majority of our stock, we encourage everyone who utilizes the Exchange to give seeds when they can.
